The 2017 Ford C-MAX Hybrid uses an eCVT (Electronically Controlled Continuously Variable Transmission), combining power from its 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and electric motor powered by a 1.4 kWh lithium-ion battery. The C-MAX Hybrid receives an EPA-estimated 42 mpg for city driving and 38 mpg for highway driving.* Enhanced technological features such as EcoSelect and active grille shutters allow for greater fuel efficiency and increased performance. When in all-electric mode, the 2017 C-MAX Hybrid is capable of a top speed of 85 mph.

2017 Ford Fusion Energi 



Designed for breakthrough efficiency, the 2017 Ford Fusion Energi can span roughly 20 miles on all-electric power and even hit speeds of 85 mph for its 2.0L iVCT Atkinson-cycle I-4 engine kicks in. The Fusion Energi is available in three trim levels: SE Luxury, Titanium, and Platinum. Standard technological features across all models include voice controls, the Sync 3 interface, rearview camera, Bluetooth® connectivity and an 11-speaker sound system complete with CD player and satellite radio.

The 2017 Ford C-MAX Energi's large 7.6 kWh lithium-ion battery pack allows it to travel up to 19 miles on electric power alone. With seating for five, this efficient, stylish sedan is powered by a 2.0L hybrid electric powertrain, eCVT (Electronically Controlled Continuously Variable Transmission), and Regenerative Braking System that turns the Energi's momentum into electricity which recharges the onboard battery every time the vehicle slows down or stops.
